There are dogs and then there are Dangerous Dogs. Here we pick the dog each week that best fits the description. They’re tough, they’re strong, they’re at it all day long. Canines of all shapes and sizes – these are Dangerous Dogs.

If you'd like to have your dog officially made Dangerous, send a photo and a short bio, below, that tells us why he qualifies.

Cooper

Hello, Coop dog here. I may have the nose and howl of a beagle, but I've got the energy and personality of an Entlebucher. I have a beat at my house securing the territory, even though my owners may think it is frivolous to keep ringing the bell to go outside and then back inside again. Squirrels think twice before going into the backyard and use the telephone wire instead. I need to learn how to tightrope walk. I love to play chase, to jump up and kiss people's noses and make my own agility course using rocks, trees and furniture. I love books - the ones printed on acid-free paper taste best. I get very excited around sheep and have taken a couple of herding classes. Just for the record, it is not my fault the pen fell apart. Hey, the sheep did end up at the barn, after all,  and not on the highway - even if I'm not a border collie and the trainer thinks I'm a beagle.
